Never had THIS happen before. About a month ago, I bought a Jet dust collector and air filter. Each item had a $25 rebate (attention, Hesh!). Well, about three weeks later I got a check for $25 instead of the $50 I was expecting. I called the customer service number (not the rebate number) and the rep looked up my rebate form and determined that only one of my two rebates was entered. So, she told me in about a week I would recieve a $50 check, and to go ahead and cash the $25 one too! WOOHOO!

Jet is going to get my business for a long time.
